Finally... a mascara that stays put!

Overall, nothing to be excited about for me. I will say I didn't experience the 'panda eyes' that it was supposed to guard against, so it held its word. But I also don't often have fallout with my usual mascara.
Edit- I wore it today, all day, with the primer.. looked great this morning, but less than 12 hours later- the panda eyes are real… I guess I rushed to judgment earlier. But, I guess it’s back to the regular mascara for me..
